Red Belt: Co-creating Wide or Deep Change
At the end of this 60-session Red Belt course on Bridging Leadership, the learner may apply for promotion to BL Brown Belt.Â
Objectives:
A Red Belter should be able to share the following portfolio and demonstrate the following competencies:
1.Portfolio
co-create a sectoral change model with at least one national and one transnational partner
2.Competencies
engaged in co-creation and cross-boundary work with at least two national or transnational partners
shares leadership journey and mental models as a red belt through Public Narrative
trained, coached, or mentored at least 10 blue belters
