Our Vision 2030 for a Movement of Mature Leaders
We dream of 10,000 members who have resolved to make the Changemaker Maturity Commitment. They will nurture their sense of purpose within their lives and deploy themselves with intentionality as changemakers within their families, workplace, communities, and in this BL Movement.
We dream of a network of 5,000 Bridging Leadership Circles within the movement providing support, encouragement, and accountability to BL practitioners as they seek to grow as mature changemakers.
We dream of the Bridging Leadership Institute-Life Development Program, offering a balanced program of study groups, classes, topical seminars, and annual conferences for building knowledge, perspective, conviction, skills, and character. We expect 5,000 members to receive the LDI basic diploma by 2030.
We dream of our midweek online seminars involving 5,000 adults and youth who are not involved in the Leadership Circle activities.
We dream of a faculty of 250 gifted faculty, equipped with the vision, character, knowledge, and expertise to nurture the community. We dream of a faculty-training program that produces experts in specific tools, approaches, sectors, and processes in leadership, community, and human development.
We dream of an age-appropriate LIfe Development Process that leads our youth to empathize with their neighbors and fellow citizens, grow and mature as individuals, and discover their vocation as changemakers and global citizens.
